Seafarers' Certification Section of Marine Department fulfills their operational needs by adapting VITOVA

Seafarers’ Certification Section (CRT) of Marine Department fulfills their operational needs by adapting VitalDoc and VitalScan to match with their existing Seafarers' Examination and Certification System (SECS) in CRT.

Through the VitalDoc and VitalScan, the users of CRT can reduce man hours on managing seafarers' applications, scan and save documents handily to ensure image quality. The VitalDoc and VitalScan have relative cropping function. It allows users to cut photo and integrate them into XML file. This software application greatly improves CRT’s operational efficiency.
