C&T completes acquisition of VITOVA

Hong Kong, 6 June 2013 — Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited ("C&T Holdings" or the "Group", Stock Code: SEHK 00046) announced today that it has acquired 100% of VITOVA Limited ("VITOVA"), a well-established Document Imaging and Management Software product company.

With more than 15 years of expertise in document management systems, VITOVA is serving hundreds of customers including multi-national corporations, Government departments, tertiary institutions and local enterprises. Its comprehensive software product suite connects people to business-critical information with enhanced data matching and search efficiency. Among its popular products, VitalScan converts paper into polished electronic documents for accurate archival and fast retrieval of information, and the web-based VitalDoc integrates seamlessly with VitalScan to capture all information in a single repository for easy management. To complement the core products of VitalScan and VitalDoc, VitalFax, VitalNotes, VitalForms, VitalScan One-Touch, VitalDoc OCR and VitalDoc iPad further enhance user experience in specific areas of Enterprise Information Management.
